What are some funny or unusual nicknames you've heard?

One of my good friends is named Santiago. Originally we called him Santi, but he didn't like that, so he switched his own nickname to Tiago (tee-ah-go), and then that turned into Tee, and then that turned into T-Vegas. Everyone calls him T-Vegas, and I'm not even sure where the "Vegas" part came into effect, but someone said it once and it stuck.
