How could I become a backing dancer?

I am a 13 year old girl from the UK and it annoys me cause people from the UK, how ever hard they try, never get great opertunities as to go and audition for a part in a music video, and I really want to be descovered! Idealy I would like to be in a Justin Bieber music video for the pure fact I LOOK about 16 and would easily be picked up if they saw my dancing skills ;) but heck how would I, a girl from a a village with no money or antything, be able to get to that place. P.S I want 2 be in a JB one because it would be easier than trying to get into something like a P!nk video or something! NOT CAUSE I ACTUALLY LIKE HIM I mean sure hes a good singer but I don't like the guy!!!
