Is the game of the year disk different than the original?

So i got Elder Scroll Oblivion Game of The Year Edition after like 1 year or so it got that circle thing one the bottom but my dlc disk is still normal and i never used it so is it possible to get the original disk and play the dlcs from the game of the year dlc disk
