How to get tape worm out of my turtles systems?

i have 4 aquatic turtles. my mom is a licensed reabliater. i have a big red ear slider a helmeted snapping turtle(side neck) 1 year old painted and a common musk which just layed eggs im 15.turtles have had tape worm 4 times this year i clean out the how cage and try it out each time also i scrub the turtles and clean out the whole filter. i don't have money or a job and i cant take them to the vet how can i get ride of the worms or atleast decrease the amount of them. if i don't get this fixed i have to find new homes for them al1i love them al so much and i hate thinking about whats going to happen please help i need it thank you so much!!
