Red Ear Slider Turtle?

I just cleaned my turtle tank that has been pretty dirty for about two-three weeks.(first time ever getting turtles) i just cleaned it and its reaally nice. i have three turtles and 1 has a white spot on its neck and i just noticed it today. is anything wrong? im a little nervous for the lil guy and if so what can i do to help him
