What is it i really need to know?

okay so there is this thing on my leg sorta in the shape of a circle it is white on the inside which has some red mixed circling that is something yellow than the skin around that is red so i wanna know what type of bug bite this is and if it is a bug bite please respond quickly it really hurts and i also wanna know what to do about it HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
