I have dark circles around my nipples and I am very embarrased and haven't told my mum. What should I do ?

Please help. I only noticed them this morning when I got out of the shower I have heard about them before but I am really unsure about what is actually happening I am really stuck on what to do. If anyone can help and tell me what it is or how to treat it it would be a great help. Thankyou xx
