My blackberry is EFFED up... help me?

i have ablackberry torch, and somehow i got sand in the slider, and i woke up this morning to see that the only thing on the whole phone that works, is the touch screen, and you cant navigate the phone on the touchscreen, so its pretty much useless. help anyone?
